PUBLIC NOTICE OF PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP PARK DISTRICT MEETING DATES
FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2013 – DECEMBER 31, 2013
The regular monthly meetings of the Plainfield Township Park District will be held on the 2nd Wednesday
of the month except for the July meeting which will be held on the 4th Wednesday of the month. All
meetings are held at the Plainfield Township Recreation/Administration Center, 23729 W. Ottawa Street,
Plainfield unless otherwise noted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. All meetings begin at 6:00
p.m. and are open to the public.

As required by Public Act 97-0609,  employers participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund must make available the following information:

• Within six days prior to approval, a list of employees expected to receive compensation greater than $150,000
• Within six business days after approval of the annual budget, a list of all employees expected to receive compensation greater than $75,000.

The compensation and benefits, including annual leave allotment, can be found at the Administrative Office located at 23729 W. Ottawa St., Plainfield, IL. Any questions you may have can be directed to the Business Manager, Maureen Nugent.
