The Plainfield Park District will make reasonable accommodations to facilitate participation in or attendance at Park District programs and activities for those with disabilities. The Park District urges those interested in such opportunities to contact the Park District Recreation/Administration Center at (815) 436-8812 in advance to discuss potential accommodations.
Since 1983, the Joliet Bolingbrook Special Recreation Association (JBSRA) has been serving people with disabilities, providing recreation programming for individuals with disabilities, as well as inclusion services for those with special needs who wish to participate in mainstream recreation programming with assistance.
In January 2013, JBSRA was re-launched as the Lily Cache Special Recreation Association (LCSRA). The new name and logo were created to better represent the partnership between the Bolingbrook Park District and Plainfield Park District, formed in 2006 to better serve the special needs population in our communities. The mission of the new LCSRA will remain the same – to provide personalized, compassionate care while giving participants opportunities to grow and build self-esteem – and the same great staff will be in place to deliver these programs. LCSRA offers programs at Plainfield locations and offers transportation to select programs taking place in Bolingbrook.

Culver’s Night – July 18
Bring your family and friends for dinner at the Bolingbrook or Plainfield Culver’s to support our scholarship fund! LCSRA will receive a portion of the proceeds from the night’s sale. Simply bring in the LCSRA flyer to present while you order and enjoy a delicious dinner!

It's Pepper Profit time again! Bring in the provided flyer and present it to your server after enjoying a tasty meal! LCSRA receives a portion of the proceeds from the sale of food. This event is ongoing, every day, all day from July 1 to Dec. 31. Locations include Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Plainfield and Romeoville.
