Recreation/Administration Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St. (formerly 100 W. Ottawa St.)

Resident registration – Begins Saturday, May 3, 8 a.m. to noon

Registrations taken in-person or online May 3 will receive top priority. All others, including mail-in, drop-off, and faxed forms received before May 3, will be processed after noon on May 3.

Non-resident registration:
Begins Monday, May 19 during normal business hours
Monday through Thursday – 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Don't wait in line -- REGISTER ONLINE!!

Complete our online activation form and return it to the Recreation/Administration Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St. (formerly 100 W. Ottawa St.), by Thursday, May 1 to use online registration beginning Saturday, May 3 at 8 a.m.

Walk In
First come, first served at the Recreation/Administration Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St. (formerly 100 W. Ottawa St.). Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Walk-in registration is also accepted at the Streams Recreation Center during program hours, and at the Ottawa Street Pool May 31- Aug. 17.

Drop Box
For your convenience, the Plainfield Park District has an after-hours registration drop box located outside the Recreation/Administration Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St. (formerly 100 W. Ottawa St.). Confirmation information will be mailed.

By Fax
Fax your signed registration form to (815) 577-0155. Payment must be made via credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Please include your card number and expiration date. Faxes received after hours will be processed the next business day. Confirmation information will be mailed.

By Mail
Mail your signed registration form to the Recreation/Administration Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St., Plainfield, IL 60544, Attn: Registration. Do not send cash. If paying by check, please make it payable to Plainfield Park District. If paying via credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard only), please include the card number and expiration date. Mailed registration forms will be processed by random selection. Confirmation information will be mailed.

Per Park District policy, a service charge of $20 will be incurred by the registrant for checks returned for insufficient funds.
